From La Provence to La Camargue
Born and raised in Arles—and fluent in English—I am un vrai Provencal…a real native!
After spending few years living alongside the Mediterranean cost (Marseille, Hyeres, French Riviera), I decided to leave home. My adventure started with the USA and New-York, followed with Sweden and finishing up with London, where I lived for over 4 years.
But I then was ready to come home and I decided I’d set up business helping people visiting Provence and the Camargue to make the very most out of it. Passionate about food and wine, I created I Am Not a Tourist, offering day / week tours and authentic travel experiences following various seasons and themes.
My goal? To help you discover the region through tasting and meeting local producers. If you fancy a chic gourmet experience, I can organize one-of-a-kind picnic prepared by Michelin starred chefs. Or a county-style lunch in the heart of a vineyard, with your own private chef. I also offer general day tours and I am very well versed in local culture, history and more.
Plus, since I run a second company which edits and publish local tourist guides, I know all the best shops and hotels / restaurants—so let me recommend as I am sure you will enjoy these places as much as I do! My car holds up to 8 passengers.
